Digg's top user list is here to stay
A while back, Digg removed its top user list. Then, when a user created his own list hosted elsewhere, Digg blocked its API access. According to Christopher Finke, the user who created the list, he doesn't need the API! Looks like the list is here to stay, much to the pleasure of active users like myself.
